"The Neumünster Care and Service Center is a facility of the Friedrich Ebert Hospital and Diakonie Altholstein. It coordinates specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV) in and around Neumünster - from Nortorf to Bordesholm to Bad Bramstedt."

Our goal

With specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV), we want to maintain, promote and improve the quality of life and self-determination of palliative patients as far as possible and enable them to live with dignity in their familiar surroundings until death.

The SAPV team for Neumünster and the surrounding area

Our team includes doctors and nurses with special palliative care training as well as volunteer hospice helpers from the Neumünster Hospice Initiative, who support the care of patients. We work closely with the palliative care unit of the Friedrich Ebert Hospital.

Our work

Our services, and specialized outpatient palliative care in general, are aimed at palliative patients and their social environment if the intensity or complexity of the problems resulting from the course of the disease makes it necessary to deploy a specialized palliative care team - temporarily or permanently.
